Mysa HQ is a lightweight, commercial energy management system designed specifically for small-box multi-sites. Unlike most other EMS and building automation systems, we care less about feature complexity and more about providing a solution that’s easy and affordable to scale in order to maximize your return on investment.
The total cost of Mysa HQ depends on several factors, including how many sites you have, site square footage, number of RTUs per site, your control and monitoring requirements, and whether or not you need white-glove installation support. We charge a one time hardware fee, then a recurring monthly fee that covers software upgrades and maintenance, bug fixes, and overhead web hosting costs.

With Mysa HQ, you can easily set up automatic heating and cooling schedules across hundreds or even thousands of locations. This way you can use less energy during unoccupied hours, while ensuring spaces are comfortable by the time you open for business.
Thanks to real-time alerts, you can also save money by acting quickly when HVAC issues arise, avoiding downtime and spoiled perishables. Then, information you’ll find on Mysa HQ’s web dashboard – such as precise location data and detailed historical performance reports – makes it easier to troubleshoot where problems are stemming from, which may shorten costly service calls, or help you avoid truck rolls altogether.
Mysa HQ is compatible with most commercial RTUs (Rooftop package units) as well as ducted heat pumps, fan coil, PTAC, and gas, oil or electric HVAC systems.

While it is technically possible to install Mysa HQ yourself, we recommend using your preferred mechanical contractor, electrician, or technician, or a vetted service provider we recommend. We find our customers get the system up and running much faster and with far fewer headaches this way, making any additional costs well worth it. Either way, we offer a wide range of instruction materials, as well as email or phone support from HVAC experts, if needed.
We offer a range of wireless sensors that give you the ability to monitor ambient temperature, refrigeration, humidity, water leaks, return/supply air temperature, CO2, and occupancy. However, Mysa HQ only gives you direct control over your heating, cooling, and lighting through the Mysa Zen thermostat and 5-Zone Lighting Controller.
Mysa HQ is an energy management system that uses the Mysa Zen smart thermostat, a range of wireless sensors, and a web dashboard to offer centralized commercial energy management. The Mysa HQ web dashboard is designed specifically to manage energy across hundreds or even thousands of locations across multiple cities and regions from one account, whereas the residential Mysa app is designed to manage just 1-2 homes per account. Mysa HQ is not currently compatible with high-voltage HVAC systems.
At this time, Mysa HQ does not automatically integrate with other types of facilities management software. However, we understand how valuable this integration is to many of our customers. If there is a specific software you use that you’d like us to integrate with, please let us know and we’ll see what’s possible!
